Food for me is a combination of fuel, pleasure and community ✨ I plan my personal menu for the week on Saturday morning’s, just after I eat breakfast (so I’m not planning from a hungry stomach), and then I get to go food shopping 👏 I keep a consistent, rotating menu for each season so I have variety, simplicity and use ingredients that are in season. I meal prep on Sunday’s and then get to eat nutritious, delightful, good looking food all week 💥 #food #style #cooking
